How to reach our hotel

Airports

• Pisa: 140 km, convenient flights, easy travel by train to Follonica or 2 hours drive with rented car
• Florence: 95 km, renting a car is recommended, 2 hours drive
• Rome: 250 km, travel by train to Follonica or rent a car (3 hours drive )

By car from Florence
surround Florence on the highway direction Roma/Siena and take the exit „Impruneta“, then take the fast road direction Siena, after driving for about half an hour take the exit “Colle Val D’ Elsa Sud” (attention: not „Colle Val d’Elsa Nord“)

Drive straight ahead on 3 circles direction Radicondoli. On the next crossing right direction Radicondoli/ Follonica. Leave the main road 10 km after Colle Val D‘Elsea at the crossing right direction Radicondoli/ Grosseto, climb up following the indicators Massa Marritima/ Grosseto until 1 km before Montieri, turn right direction Massa Marittima, after 500 m left direction, after 50 m turn right to climb up to the hotel.

By car from Pisa: Drive on the fast road direction Rome/ Follonica/ Grosseto and take the exit “Follonica est"; afterwards another 40 minutes on small roads: left direction Massa Marittima, surround Massa Marittima on main road direction Laderello. At the crossing after Massa Marittima do not go to Siena/Florence but left to Laderello/ Montieri. Afterwards you find the indicator for Montieri at every crossing.1 km before Montieri turn right to climb up to the hotel.

By car from Rome: Drive on the fast road (Aurelia) direction Grosseto/ Follonica and take the exit “Scarlino/ Massa Marittima"; afterwards another 40 minutes on small roads: direction Massa Marittima, surround Massa Marittima on main road direction Laderello. At the crossing after Massa Marittima do not go to Siena/Florence but left to Laderello/ Montieri. Afterwards you find the indicator for Montieri at every crossing.1 km before Montieri turn right to climb up to the hotel.
